At OneWorld Collection, we want you to love every piece you bring into your home; however, if you are not completely satisfied, we offer a 30-day return policy on most furniture and decor items.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your account portal or contact our customer care team with your order number and photos of the item within 30 days of delivery.

  Prepare for Shipping

  Carefully repackage the item in its original box with all protective padding to ensure it reaches our warehouse safely and without damage.

• 3.
  Schedule a Pickup

  For large furniture pieces, we will coordinate a specialized white-glove courier pickup; for smaller decor, we will provide a prepaid shipping label.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects the returned item, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
